An antique French Empire salon bouillotte lamp with original shade. An exceptionally lovely and good sized lamp which does require wiring which is not hard to do. The painted shade has a beautiful crackled appearance with some scratches as shown. The brass rod is slightly bent but is really only noticeable at a certain angle (as shown in a photo) and could be removed and straightened if it were of concern. The shade can be heightened or lowered. These lamps are quite hard to find and we have priced this very well.
