Antique French Rustic Oak Buffet Sideboard Carved - FR004a

A stunning rustic antique French oak Louis style buffet or sideboard. This has such beautiful carvings and shaped break front with a warm and aged oak patina and dowel construction. There is a slight age bow to this piece which is mainly only really noticeable at sitting eye level and part of its antique charm. There are five drawers ad a centre display nook and two locking doors with the key in place. The right hand internal shelves have been replaced at some stage. The oak grain is beautiful and one centre drawer has an interesting oak burl area as shown. There is a small area of wear at the back of the top on the left hand side which is mentioned for accuracy.

SIZE approx: 178.5cm wide x 55.5cm deep x 101cm high. Drawers 47cm wide x 37.5cm deep x 9cm high. Side cupboards have fixed shelves - bottom shelf 26cm high, top 30cm high x 60cm wide x 40cm deep. Centre nook 46cm wide x 32cm high x 45cm deep inside
