A wonderful vintage bouillotte salon lamp with a very French brass gallery edged base and a black metal shade decorated with gold. The finish on the shade is rough to the touch. This holds two standard E14 chandelier bulbs. The candle covers are old as shown but these can be purchased online if replacements were desired. The plug will need replacing with an Australian plug but the French wiring is the same 240v as Australia so we have not tested this. The shade height is adjustable by turning the arrow on the central rod. The top ring appears to be a replacement and not original as shown. This does not affect the lamp in any way and we have priced well accordingly. These bouillotte lamps add class to any room, on side tables, libraries, or desks in an office.
