A rare antique French farmhouse Provincial bench seat. This is extremely solid, heavy and sturdy. We have shown areas of long gone borer activity which we always feel with French antiques this adds to the charm of this very early piece (approx early to mid 1800’s). (As most genuine antique French furniture will have old borer holes - this is of no concern as all our pieces are treated by government regulation upon arrival from France).
