This policy applies for any item sold at the Bailey & Co website, www.baileyandco.com.au, or the Bailey & Co warehouse located at 2/36 Wells Road, Seaford, Victoria, or via telephone order made by a customer or any other physical or electronic means of purchase where a return or warranty statement has not already been made on a products individual display page.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for any item listed on this website once it leaves the Bailey & Co warehouse located at 2/36 Wells Road, Seaford, Victoria.

Items picked up in person should be inspected to ensure you are completely satifisfied with your purchase.

Bailey & Co shall not be liable for any damage caused by third parties should you employ or enlist a carrier, courier or any other party to collect you purchase(s) from our warehouse.

Items shipped via Australia Post and Sendle courier service to your designated shipping address by Bailey & Co and their associates are well packed and insured for the full purchase price.  Insurance against loss or damage is provided by Australia Post and / or Sendle.  Bailey & Co and their associates are not responsible for loss or damage caused by these or any other carrier.
