A rare antique French walnut Louis style mirrored armoire with unusual and hard to find bombe shaped sides. The mirror has a wonderfully wide bevel and just has a few minor age spots. There is a key which locks the door and also the internal drawer. The interior has four adjustable height shelves above the locking drawer. There are minor chips around the bottom of the door, the shelves have some minor missing veneer and a bubble on the bottom shelf which is not overly noticeable. There is a piece of trim missing on the bottom back foot. We do try to mention everything we can find for accuracy reasons. This is a superb armoire and it is in lovely condition especially for a piece of this age.
SIZE approx: 244cm high, 52cm deep + 13 cm deep top decoration. Body width at front 101cm - back width 136 cm
