Antique French Bookcase Display Cabinet Oak Louis XV Style - C188

This is a truly ancient French oak bookcase (or display cabinet) with amazing Patina. The bookcase features traditional Louis XV style carvings and styling, glass panel doors, locking key and three fixed height shelves. It is crafted with dowel construction and heavy oak timber. The brass ornate escutcheons add to the beauty of this piece. The many long gone woodworm trails and borer holes add a beautiful and genuine authenticity to this very solid and lovely piece. (All our furniture is treated by Government regulations upon arrival from France).
