Antique French Carved Figural Sideboard Breton Deux Corps - FR022

A rare antique French heavily carved deux corps sideboard with exquisite and traditional carved Breton figures and scenes. There are some long gone borer holes to the back, just a few around the base exterior and the bottom shelf right hand corner which is only mentioned for accuracy reasons (all our items are treated by government regulations upon arrival from France).. The top has a locking key for the middle door, the side doors are held with hook and eyes. The buffet section has a key for the two locking doors and two fixed height shelves. It separates in the top, middle and bottom sections for easy transport. The back right leg has had a repair at some point but is sturdy and sound.

SIZE approx: 266 cm high, including removable top decoration, 153 wide -- top section 36 cm deep -- buffet 50 cm deep - - top storage area, 133 cm wide, 29 cm deep, 93 cm high with two adjustable height shelves - servery 35 cm high - - drawers, 55.5 cm wide, 40 cm deep, 7 cm high - - buffet storage 133 cm wide, 42 cm deep.
