This substantial antique French dining table features a thick, solid oak top with beautiful aged grain and a wonderfully rustic patina. Crafted in France circa 1900, the table showcases traditional trestle construction with a shapely double-plank base and sturdy stretcher.
The top is formed from wide oak planks, slightly rounded at the edges, with visible age and character throughout — adding warmth and authenticity. The trestle base includes shaped end supports, joined by a central stretcher and displaying hand-cut detailing evocative of the regional craftsmanship found in the French countryside.
Perfect for large gatherings, farmhouse interiors, or open-plan spaces seeking a statement piece with heritage, this table offers generous proportions, strength, and timeless character.
