Antique Rare French Provincial Rustic Buffet Sideboard - FR052

A rare and rustic antique French brass studded provincial buffet which features a large drawer and a bottom cupboard with a fixed height shelf behind the two doors which have a locking key. It is a sturdy piece and it's condition is consistent with its age (early 19th century). As usual there is old and long gone borer damage mainly to the back (which is of no consequence as all our items are treated by Government regulation upon arrival from France). A previous owner has made rough repairs to the back legs. This is an early provincial rustic farm piece and is not pristine, but the lovers of original French provincial furniture will realise its worth.
