A set of five vintage French extremely heavy (6.5kgs) chef’s professional hand beaten, lined and stamped “Fabrication Francaise” copper saucepans with iron handles. These are an amazing weight and just on 2mm thick. We use Brasso and a soft cloth to polish ours should you not want to keep the aged copper patina. These just need a clean as they are “as found in France” and they will be ready to use. When not in use this set will make a fabulous kitchen display
