KERFILY is a French artist born in France in 1948 and deceased in 2019. This vintage French watercolour or aquarelle has a Certificate of Authenticity attached to the back. It reads: “I the undersigned Kerfily painter and printer certify that this is an authentic work” We are not art dealers so have limited art knowledge. (Please ignore reflections in the glass - there are no marks on the mat)
